Stretching Band

I promised myself last night that I would not spend my summer being inactive. My gym is undergoing maintenance at the moment and will open again August 20th. That´s almost 2 months. I am going to ride my bike again today if the weather lets up. My father left me an exercise ball and some DVD´s. I also have some stretching bands. I decided to look up some routines on YouTube for the stretching band and I found a really good one. I did the exercises and I´m feeling pretty sore. Later on I´ll do my cardio when I take the bike out. Maybe I´ll visit a friend for awhile and perhaps check out the library. It´s a possibility.
I don´t have class this afternoon. A free Wednesday all to myself. I´m thinking that I may just go and visit my honey.
The other day my two close friends asked to look at my closet. Obviously I let them. Their conclusions were that I need to buy clothes that show my personality and that I need to loose the workout clothes as part of my attire. They are so comfortable, but they do have a point in what they are saying. I looked online for some Plus Size attire and I was surprised to see that there are actually cute clothes for big girls. I´ve always told myself that I will loose weight and THEN buy new clothes. But I figured that I can always adjust my clothes if need be. Here are some styles that I liked. I´m planning on investing a pretty penny in my wardrobe. I know it will be worth it and it will be a good thing that I´m doing for myself.
I am making some hard boiled eggs at the moment. I´m waiting for them to cool off. I´m planning on only eating the egg whites. I´m also juicing. I´m so glad that my dad left me his juicer. It´s been an easy way for me to make delicious juices and get nutrients that I normally wouldn´t get for eating solid foods. I even made a cucumber toner with it. My face is starting to clear up, too! This summer is a summer for healing and for making myself better!
